Product Info
Dell's flagship dock is the WD22TB4, a Thunderbolt4 dock with a special modularity.
The front of the dock features a single USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port and a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port with PowerShare (always on). On the back of the device are two DisplayPorts, 1.4 port, one HDMI 2.0 port, another USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port (with DisplayPort support), two more USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports with PowerShare, a gigabit LAN port and the DC input. The dock supports up to 130 watts of charging power and can connect to up to three 4K 60Hz displays plus a single 4K 30Hz monitor simultaneously. At one end is a detachable module that includes two Thunderbolt4 ports. This can be swapped out for a module with one or two USB-C cables. The Dell Port Replicator WD22TB4 offers a particularly convenient feature for Dell notebook users: the power button. With this feature, users can turn their notebook on and off directly via the power button on the port replicator, without having to press the power button on the laptop itself. This function, exclusively available for Dell notebooks, significantly increases user-friendliness and efficiency.
Note on the USB-C connector:
Charging capacity with 180 watt AC adapter is 130 watts on Dell systems and 90 watts on non-Dell systems.
On non-Thunderbolt systems, the dock's Thunderbolt ports function as USB Type-C ports.
Important information:
In order for this dock to be recognized by your system, update all your drivers.
