If there is any other reason for complaint, please contact our after-sales service team.
In case of obvious transport damage, please contact the parcel service immediately upon receipt of the goods. Have damaged, dented or open packaging confirmed in writing by the deliverer. If hidden transport damage has occurred, please report it immediately to us as well as to the transport company.
If the package was delivered by DHL, you can claim the damage at the nearest post office. Please show the defective goods together with the complete packaging.
Therefore, please do not ship defective batteries if they exhibit any of the following characteristics:
• The battery is swollen or
deformed• The battery is mechanically damaged (cracks, dents, damage)
• The battery has overheated or shows signs of
fire• The battery smells unusual or is leaking
fluid• The battery has gotten wet or been exposed to a short circuit
WHAT TO DO:
If your battery is defective:
1. DO NOT ship it—shipping defective batteries is prohibited
by law 2. Store
the battery in a safe, cool place outdoors 3. Contact us IMMEDIATELY by email: info@ipc-computer.de or by phone
4. We will advise you on proper disposal through local collection points
Only batteries that are in perfect condition and undamaged may be shipped!
