Complaints and returnsShould the purchased spare part fail to deliver the desired result, use our unique IPC solution promise. We determine the cause in our service workshop and show you an economical solution. If there is any other reason for complaint, please feel free to contact our after sales service team. Register returnTo assist us in processing the return, we kindly ask you to enclose the provided return form with the return. If you do not have this form at hand, you can fill in the form here and print it out. However, this is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of revocation. Transport damageObvious damages in transit must be reported to the parcel service immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please have damaged, dented or open packaging confirmed in writing by the deliverer. In the case of a hidden transport damage, we ask you to report it immediately to us, as well as to the transport company. If the package was delivered with DHL, you can claim the damage at the nearest post office. Please show the defective goods together with the complete packaging there.
