In 1926, Packard Bell was founded in Los Angeles, and today it's headquartered in the Netherlands. The company has been part of the Taiwanese manufacturer Acer since 2007, but products under the name Packard Bell are still being sold on the market. In addition to laptops, the range includes external hard drives, desktop PCs and monitors. In Germany, the company is headquartered in Ahrensburg.
