- Verpacken Sie das Notebook transportsicher (am besten Originalkarton + Umkarton), schreiben Sie Ihre RMA-Nr. gut sichtbar auf den Karton und frankieren Sie das Paket ausreichend.
- Über die Ankunft des Notebooks, sowie über den weiteren Verlauf werden Sie ständig per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
