You are unsure whether the ordered spare parts or accessories will really fit? There you are in good company. With a variety of notebook brands and models with a variety of equipment, it can sometimes be difficult to find the right replacement or accessory.

When shopping in the IPC shop, we offer you therefore double security. On the one hand, a return option that is extended up to full 30 days and free of charge, on the other hand, you can count on the support of our technical professionals when exchanging non-matching parts with the IPC service promise.

This is much more likely to bring you to the right replacement or accessory. And if all the common efforts should not lead to the goal, you come straight and free of charge out of the number again.

Naturally, the best is, when the corresponding replacement part or accessory for your laptop arrives at the first order. We have spent a lot of efforts over the last few years and are very proud of extremely low return and exchange rates thanks to sophisticated search and research functions.


But what if? Four easy steps for the return and the fast reimbursement:

  1. You request a free DHL parcel label from us. A quick phone call or an e-mail to our service center is all it takes and the parcel label will be sent to you by e-mail.
     
  2. You send the product back to us free of charge. With the DHL parcel label received from us, you return the product in the original packaging and in a suitable, protective outer packaging at the latest 30 days after receipt of the goods. You can do that locally in every post office. We are very grateful for all information on the reason of the return including any error descriptions.They help us to speed up the processing of your return and to improve our service further overall.
     
  3. We will check your return as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your return, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your package has arrived. The return is then checked and processed in the relevant department.
     
  4. The purchase amount will be reimbursed in full. Depending on your previous method of payment, the amount will be directed to your credit card account, PayPal account or normal current account. The entire processing until the reimbursement of the amount paid by you usually takes only a few days. Often our customers have the money back in their account just one week after the receipt of the return.

Area of application

These return policies apply to all items stored directly by IPC and are valid for all end consumers with residence and delivery addresses in Germany. The returned products must be in a visually and technically perfect condition.

    Contact us by e-mail or telephone and tell us about your problem.
     
  2. Determination of the cause and proposed solution: 
    We determine the exact cause in discussion with you and show you an economical solution. If we can not find a solution by e-mail or on the telephone, you may have your notebook checked by our experienced technicians in the IPC service workshop. Incidentally, when issuing a repair order, the solution proposal in the service workshop is free of charge.
     
  3. Easy off the purchase price:
    Of course, if another component is required or a technician repairs your device, we charge the cost of already paid replacement parts.
