Process of notebook reparation
- Fill out the registration form accurately and describe the problem closely.
- You gain a RMA-Nr. and a delivery-note with all informations via E-Mail.
- Please save your important data on an external medium.
- Inform us about all necessary passwords in written form (BIOS and/or Windows).
- Pack up the notebook safely.
- Place the RMA-Nr. visibly on the cardboard box.
- Stamp the package sufficiently.
