Process of notebook reparation

  • Fill out the registration form accurately and describe the problem closely.
  • You gain a RMA-Nr. and a delivery-note with all informations via E-Mail.
  • Please save your important data on an external medium.
  • Inform us about all necessary passwords in written form (BIOS and/or Windows).
  • Pack up the notebook safely.
  • Place the RMA-Nr. visibly on the cardboard box.
  • Stamp the package sufficiently.
